Mentoring rooted in Psychlogy, built for real life
Bridging the gap between therapy and real life for young people.
Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Ife Suggett, founder of We’re Here To Win (WHTW).
As a young person, I faced my own mental health challenges, struggling with confidence and a sense of self. Seeking support during that time didn’t just help me heal — it sparked a deep passion to one day support other young people navigating similar experiences.
I went on to study Therapeutic Psychology, driven by a desire to understand the mind and make a meaningful difference. After graduating, I spent five years working in schools within pastoral settings, supporting young people from a wide range of backgrounds.
During that time, I saw a clear and consistent gap — many young people were struggling, but didn’t meet the threshold for clinical support, or simply weren’t engaging with it. They needed something different. Something more relatable. A space where they felt seen, understood, and supported without judgement.
That’s why I created WHTW — a non-clinical, psychology-informed mentoring space designed to meet young people where they are. WHTW exists to bridge the gap between therapy and real life — empowering young people with the tools, confidence, and self-awareness to navigate life beyond the support room.

Transforming our young people through
WIN.
What is WIN?
At WHTW Mentoring, WIN stands for Wonder, Implement, and Nourish — three pillars that shape how we support young people in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
We encourage young people to Wonder — to explore who they are, think beyond their current circumstances, and dream without limits.
We support them to Implement — turning ideas into action through practical tools, skill-building, and consistent guidance.
And we help them Nourish — strengthening their emotional wellbeing, confidence, resilience, and sense of identity.
Through our WIN approach, we provide holistic mentorship that supports the whole child — making personal growth feel safe, accessible, and inspiring.
What do we do?
WHTW Mentoring is passionately dedicated to empowering young people by providing them with the essential skills they need to thrive!
Our holistic approach, rooted in therapeutic psychology, is specifically designed for individuals aged 10 to 19. Together, we cultivate personal growth and resilience, ensuring that every young person is equipped to WIN in life.
Join us in creating a bright and positive future for the next generation!

For schools:
Supporting Your Students Beyond the Classroom
We’re Here To Win (WHTW) provides structured, psychology-informed mentoring for young people who need additional emotional and behavioural support — but may not engage with traditional or clinical services.
We work alongside schools to bridge the gap between education and emotional wellbeing, helping students build the confidence, self-awareness, and resilience needed to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
The Challenge
Many schools are seeing an increase in students who are:
-
Struggling with low confidence and self-esteem
-
Displaying challenging or disruptive behaviour
-
Experiencing emotional difficulties or disengagement
-
Not meeting the threshold for external or clinical support
These students often fall into a gap — where support is needed, but not always accessible or effective.
Our Approach:
WHTW offers a non-clinical, safe and relatable space for young people, rooted in therapeutic psychology.
Our mentoring is:
-
Structured – using our WIN framework (Wonder, Implement, Nourish)

Relatable – meeting young people where they are
